Saving and Emailing Records
You can save or email individual records, or add records to your e-shelf basket and then save or email them all at once.
To save or email individual records
Click the title of a record in your results list to display the Full View of that record.

You will see four icons in the top right corner.

- Click on the save
icon to save the record to you computer. Select the Record Format from the drop-down menu. Use Citation Manager to download records into EndNote or another bibliographic management program. Otherwise, choose Standard format, and save as a text file (.txt).
- Click on the
icon to email the record. Choose Standard format, enter your email address, and click Send.
To save or email more than one record
- Click on the basket
icon to add the record to your e-shelf basket. You can add records to your basket from the brief, table or full record views.
- Select My Space from the menu at the top of the screen. The records you have added to your e-Shelf basket will be displayed in the folder, Basket.
- Tick the boxes next to the records you want to save or email, or tick the top box to select all records. Then click on Selected.
- To save records to your computer, select Save. Select the Record Format from the drop-down menu. Use Citation Manager to download records into EndNote or another bibliographic management program. Otherwise, choose Standard format, and save as a text file (.txt).
- To email the records, select Send. Choose Standard format, enter your email address, and click Send.
