2006 Library Client Survey

What we are doing to improve services

We are looking at what matters most to our clients, what we are doing well and the areas of greatest concern. Within the constraints of our budget we will then formulate a series of strategies to address those concerns. It is encouraging that so many of  the comments and responses from our clients are very positive about our services. We are also looking at these to make sure we keep doing them well.

We will update this page as plans come together in 2007.
