The lucky winner of the Nintendo Wii was Bachelor of Communications student Kate Munro, pictured here receiving her prize from Jean McKay, Manager of Liaison Services in the Library.
The Library Client Survey 2008 results are pleasing with an overall score of 79.2% which is an increase of 2.2 % since the last survey in 2006. This result places the Library in the top 25% when compared with 40 other Australian university libraries benchmarking with this survey instrument. We are proud that Library staff are high performers scoring 7 out of the 10 highest performing variable with their fairness, professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness, ability to assist, quality of service, provision of clear and accurate feedback, and timely response.
