Access to the thesis submission form requires that you enter your Murdoch Student Number and Password. This is to allow the system to complete most parts of the form for you from our records.

If you do not know your student number or password just contact the ADT Coordinator by email or telephone (08 9360 2154). We can email you a blank form or complete the form with you over the telephone.
