Conditions of Use for Electronic Resources

Use of many of these Library resources is governed by licence agreements which restrict use to members of the Murdoch University community. It is the responsibility of each user to ensure that these resources are used only for noncommercial personal, research or educational purposes, in ways that conform with all applicable University Legislation and Bylaws, Codes and Guidelines.

Where off-campus access for Murdoch Alumni is permitted, such access is for Alumni members' own personal research or educational use and must not be used as a substitute for their employers or businesses obtaining access to the service.
