Off Campus Access to Electronic Resources

Off campus access for Murdoch staff and students

Murdoch University Staff and Students may access most of the Library's electronic resources such as databases, journals, reference works and books from off campus. If the “Authentication” field in the resource record states “Off campus: Murdoch username and password” then you will need to login with these details.

Note: some databases can be accessed only on campus. this will be indicated in the Authorised Users note:

Restricted access to electronic resources

A small number of electronic resources are not available to certain groups of students. In this case, these students will receive a message, “You are not authorized to access this resource”. Please contact the library if you need further explanation.

Alumni Access

Alumni members may access the ProQuest database from off campus. To gain access you will need a Library User ID and Pin.
