Email Alerts and RSS Feeds
Email alerts and RSS feeds are services that help you keep up to date with current literature in your discipline. You are notified when new content matching your criteria becomes available.

How can I do this?
New Content Alerts
Many library databases allow you to set up email alerts and RSS feeds for content added to your favourite journals. Look for links like these on the journal webpage, or for the RSS icon |
 |
Saved Search Alerts
The Library Portal and many library databases allow you to save searches in your area of interest. These searches are run automatically on a regular basis and references matching your search are then emailed to you. |
 |
For further details or advice, please contact your Liaison or Subject Librarian, or connect to the journal publisher or database of your choice from the Library's web pages and look for details on setting up RSS feeds and alerts.
