Document Request Form
Many Journals are available online via the Library Portal or Databases. If you require assistance accessing them contact Ask A Librarian. Use this form to request copies of journal articles and book chapters held only in print form at Murdoch University Library. These will be supplied to you by email.
Use this form to request copies of journal articles or book chapters which are only available in print form at Murdoch University Library. They will be emailed to you.
Reserve Request Form
Eligible External and OUA students may use this form to request books from Reserve.
Check ECMS for book chapters and journal articles listed under your unit code.

What if I don't have access to the internet?

External Student Photocopy Request Form

The Request function in the Library Catalogue is the preferred method for requesting books and documents from the Library, however students without access to the Internet may request External Student Photopcy Request Forms to submit their requests. Please contact External Library Services to arrange for some forms to be sent to you.

External Student Subject Request Form

Available for students without Internet access, please request External Subject Request forms from External Library Services. If you require assistance with your essay and have Internet access, use the Ask a Librarian email reference service.
