FAQ

We are currently trialling not passing on charges for document delivery for most requests. However, requests for theses, costly items, or large numbers of requests will require payment, and will be referred back to the requestor.

You do not need to supply account details on registration. Document delivery staff will contact you to arrange payment if required.
